Cape Cod Coffee Roasters turns 70s décor into breezy, Cape style with repurposed items

Cape Cod Coffee Roasters, founded in 1970 in Hyannis, moved to its location on 348 Main St. in Mashpee in 1985. Molly MacGregor, along with her sister, Cate, acquired the business in 2011 and recently renovated the space by repurposing local reclaimed and salvaged materials. The result? A brighter, airy and inviting space—with a fresh coffee aroma, of course—as soon as you walk through the door.

Cape Cod Coffee Roasters offers dozens of roasts and flavors. Popular flavors include the Sunrise Blend, a medium roast, a blend of three coffees from Central and South America; two dark roasts, Vienna and French; and a Scandinavian blend, popular with people who enjoy a cold brew.

The coffee shop is open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m. and Saturday 9:30 a.m.- 2:30 p.m. They also offer free tours (with free samples!) For more information on tours and where to buy their coffee across the Cape, go to capecodroasters.com
