A Crisp, New Location

Bustling CRISP Flatbread has a new location for takeout. CRISP Too Express, also located in the heart of Osterville, features counter service and 15 seats for in-house dining. “We needed a location with more parking for our takeout customers,” says Jamie Surprenant, who co-owns the restaurant with chef Jimmy Supka. “And the new location will help us keep up with the huge demand we have in the summer.” CRISP Flatbread is known for its flatbread pizzas, sandwiches, salads and appetizers. All ingredients are made in-house, from cheeses to salad dressings, and chef Supka only uses nitrate-free meats. Vegetables are locally sourced as much as possible. With reclaimed wood countertops and Edison lightbulbs emitting a warm, amber glow, CRISP Too’s décor echoes that of CRISP Flatbread. “It’s a little different, but you know you’re at CRISP,” says Surprenant. There’s also the  identical pizza oven, where customers can watch the magic while enjoying a beer or a glass of wine. “We’re always trying to improve,” says Surprenant. “We’re a village restaurant, and we want to cater to the village.”
