In Love with Stone L’Oven

Stone L’Oven is introducing Neapolitan-style pizza to Brewster, boasting artisan pizzas made with all-natural, fresh ingredients from sustainable sources. Opened in June this year, the new Stone L’Oven Brewster location (near Eat Cake 4 Breakfast Bakery) is an expansion from the original restaurant in Canton. With premium mozzarella from Wisconsin and hand-stretched dough cooked on a stone-fire hearth, Stone L’Oven will take fixing your pizza craving to a whole new level. Various toppings are available for a customized pizza or you can choose from one of the pizzas on the menu, which range from the vegetable-based tree-hugger’s pizza to the meat-packed meat lover’s pizza. More unique combinations, like the sweet potato and bacon pizza, appear on the menu as well. If you’re not in the mood for pizza, enjoy other items from the menu like calzones, paninis and pasta dishes. Dessert options include a Nutella pie—a 12-inch pizza with Nutella, caramel, cinnamon and powdered sugar rather than the usual toppings of tomato sauce and cheese. —Bailey Soderberg
